If you can't play the game because the game doesn't work while you're playing:
Please close your browser, log out, and try logging in. If the game still does not resume from the point at which it has been solidified,
1. Close the software from the Task Manager. (Activity Monitor for Macintosh) Open Task Manager in CTRL+ALT+DEL and finish the browser task.
2. Check to see if similar symptoms occur in browsers other than those you use.
3. Delete your browser's history and cache.
